  1. GENERAL

This website is operated by iBigDay and powered by Shopify. By using this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and our posted Privacy, Shipping, and Refund Policies.

  1. PRODUCTS

iBigDay sells pre-owned, one-of-a-kind, and clearly identified new items. We make reasonable efforts to photograph and accurately describe each product. Please review all photos, measurements, condition details, and imperfections before purchasing.

Third-party brand names are used only to identify products. iBigDay is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands unless expressly stated.

  1. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

Customers must provide accurate billing, payment, and shipping information. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout.

We may cancel an order because of fraud concerns, payment problems, pricing errors, inventory errors, or product unavailability. Payments collected for canceled orders will be refunded to the original payment method.

  1. SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery dates are estimates.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Complete information is available in our Shipping Policy.

  1. RETURNS

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery according to our Refund Policy. Customers must obtain approval before returning an item.

Returned items must be in the condition received. Items marked “Final Sale” and gift cards are not returnable unless damaged or materially different from their descriptions. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  1. PRIVACY, WEBSITE USE, AND CONTACT

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Customers may not use this website for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or misleading activities.

We may correct errors involving prices, descriptions, availability, or delivery information. Nothing in these Terms limits rights protected by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by California law.
