How we describe condition

Every Cozy Bloom item is pre-owned unless clearly noted otherwise. We inspect each item and describe visible wear as clearly as possible.

• New with tags: Unused item with original tags or packaging.
• Like new: Looks unused or barely used, with little to no visible wear.
• Very good: Light signs of use, fully functional, and clean.
• Good: Noticeable wear from normal use, but still usable and accurately described.
• Fair: Heavier wear, cosmetic flaws, or imperfections that are clearly noted.
