SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Area
iBigDay currently ships to valid addresses within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping. Orders ship from Chico, California, USA.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
Customers will receive an order confirmation email after placing an order and a shipping confirmation email when the order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Including processing time, most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 4–10 business days after the order is placed.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be included in the shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving the shipping confirmation.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an address needs to be corrected, please contact us immediately at acecaretech2017@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
Delays, Lost Packages, and Damaged Packages
Carrier delays caused by severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
If an order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at acecaretech2017@gmail.com with your order number and, for damaged items, clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and assist with the appropriate next steps.
Pre-Owned and One-of-a-Kind Items
Many iBigDay products are pre-owned or one-of-a-kind and may have only one unit available. The condition and any known visible imperfections are described in the individual product listing. Please review the product description and all photos carefully before placing an order.
