Shipping

Orders ship from Chico, California, USA. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

Most U.S. orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipment. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

A flat shipping fee of $9.50 applies to U.S. orders under $30. U.S. orders of $30 or more receive free shipping.

Tracking information will be emailed to the customer when available. We may reuse clean packing materials to reduce waste.

Returns

Because many of our products are second-hand and one-of-a-kind, please review all photos, measurements, descriptions, and condition notes carefully before ordering.

Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery. Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received.

To request a return, please contact us at acecaretech2017@gmail.com with your order number. If the return is accepted, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If an order arrives damaged or differs from its listing, please contact us promptly with the order number and photographs so we can assist you.
